How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collection, add any desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.

What payment methods are accepted?

We are providing payment through services: Paypal.

What shipping methods are available?

We use a standard shipping service for all orders in the USA. You will not get charged for shipping. At the moment, we are unable to deliver to US military bases. For detailed shipping information, please visit our Shipping Policy page.

How long will it take to get my package?

Order delivery time is estimated to be 6-10 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and standard shipping takes 5-8 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please keep in mind that arrival time will be delayed during peak season.

Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we only provide service in the US.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you through email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package on our Order Tracking Page or shipping carrier's website.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be canceled. However, you can only cancel your order if you do so within 24 hours of placing it.
If you contact us after this time to cancel your order, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.

What is the policy’s time frame?

We accept returns - refunds. Our policy is in effect for 90 days after the delivery process was completed.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code in the "Coupon code" field at checkout and click "Apply " to see the discount reflected in your total.

I haven’t received any packages from my order. What can I do?

If the shipping tracking code status is complete but you have not received your order, please check around your house as it may be hidden somewhere and contact the shipping company we included in the status shipping email notification. If that still does not resolve the issue, please contact our support team at contact@happierworlds.com
