We want to make sure that our customers are fully satisfied with the product they have bought. That is why returns and refunds are acceptable at Happierworlds. In Return & Refund Policy, our objective is to guide the customers on the procedures that have been put in place. Please have a look on the information given below.
Return Policy
Return is acceptable. Our return policy is valid for a period the 90 days since you received your item. Within this period, you can request your money back. When you receive your order, if there are any inaccuracies, damages, or defects, please notify us so that the necessary corrections can be made to meet your satisfaction.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items that don’t have their original tags.
- Items that have minor imperfections such as the extra strings which can be removed.
In case you have question or concern about your particular item, do not hesitate to contact us.
Return Costs
If the return is because of an error on our side (e.g: if you received a damaged item or an item that you did not order), we will arrange to have it returned and replace it at no extra expense to you.
If the return is because you change your mind, please note that you will not be eligible for reimbursement of any shipping costs applied to the return of the item. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will not be charged with any stocking fee.
Return Process
- Report the issue to us via email at contact@happierworlds.com.
- Your request will be reviewed. If it’s approved, we will email you return shipping labels.
- Securely pack the product, include all the accessories and tags. Original tags must still be on the item and the item must also not have been worn or washed in any way, shape or form.
- Items must not be returned without prior arrangement, because they may be mishandled and misplaced.
Refund policy
In the following circumstances, we will issue refunds to customers:
- Items received are wrong/damaged/defective, we will fully refund
- Item is the wrong format from the one ordered, we will fully refund.
- Items are lost, the order status is successfully but you have not yet received the package. We will double check, if the item is lost/mistaken during shipping, we will fully refund
- Customers change their mind and they no longer wish to get the product. We accept return and refund in this case. However, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we have received and evaluated your return(s), we will contact you, within 1-2 days regarding approval for your refund. Your money will be reimbursed to your original payment method.
Normally, it will take them 3 to 5 business days to get the refund processed and appear in your account. However, it may depend on the type of payment you used and the financial company you used for the payment.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items. If you want to exchange an item for a different size, or color, or model, you will have to get in touch with us with your order details and the details of exchange. Please, contact us for the exchange process and further directions concerning it.
