When you fill in your information, please make sure that your shipping address is correct and full. Use the right abbreviations and be sure to include all pertinent details, such as street numbers, building or apartment numbers. In case you give us incorrect or insufficient address details at the time of purchase, we will not be held responsible for lost, misdirected, or undelivered packages.
Order confirmation
Once you complete your order, your order will be put into a confirmation queue. Our staff will confirm the order and then move it to the production unit for processing. After confirming your order, we will send an email to you to confirm that your order has been accepted. Sometimes, this order confirmation and sending of emails is done automatically. The order confirmation process may take up to 12 hours.

Time your order will be shipped to you
The estimated time from when your order is confirmed to when it is successfully shipped to your address depends on two factors:
Handling time: 1 – 2 business days.
This refers to the period it takes for our staff to accept the order, prepare it and transfer it to the shipping partner. Order processing time depends on the item you have ordered.
Transit time: 5 – 8 business days.
This is the period within which the shipping company takes to deliver your order to your address. Shipping will take time depending on your address.
Total delivery time: 6 – 10 business days.
The total expected time from the moment you place your order to the moment your order is brought to your address is 6 – 10 business days.
Please note:
Business day: We do not operate on the Saturday and Sunday so the business days is determined as from Monday to Friday.
Holiday and peak seasons: Because of some holidays in United States and International holidays, especially in peak season, it may take another 7 days for domestic delivery.
Unexpected events like bad weather or natural disasters can cause delays. We’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping
We use standard shipping option and USPS, UPS, Fedex shipping partner for orders within the USA.
We encourage you to check out our estimated delivery timeframes before placing an order with us. Your satisfaction is our priority, and if for any reason you do not receive your package within the stated timeframe on our website, we are committed to providing you with two options: an resend or a reconsider for refund, depending on your preference. That is why all you need to do to get help is to write an email to contact@happierworlds.com, and we will act immediately to rectify this as to guarantee your full satisfaction.
Please keep in mind that all shipping dates are estimated and may be impacted by weather, natural disasters and other unforeseeable events. However, we always do our best to deliver your order ASAP.
International Shipping
Currently, we are only providing our products and services within the US. We do not offer products and services to other countries. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping the order to multiple addresses
We are sorry that we only ship to single destination per order. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.
Shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses (restriction addresses)
We do not deliver to military bases. If there may be any inconveniences, we are sorry about that.
Shipping Fee
We offer free delivery for our customers. That means we do not charge any shipping fee for all orders. Regardless the number of products, which you choose to buy, it may be 2, 3 or even 5 products, the shipping fee is $0. This is the best measure we adopt, on how to ensure and encourage more people to shop with us.
Order Tracking
Once your order goes through to the shipping partner, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a tracking number for your order. You can use this number at our Order Tracking Page to follow your package. When you track your order, if there is no shipping information yet, that means the carrier has not yet sorted your package. Once the carrier scans your package into the system, tracking information will appear on the tracking website.
In case your parcel’s status is still “Shipping” after 10 business days, feel free to turn to our customer support team via email contact@happierworlds.com so that we can promptly attend to it.
Taxes
At Happierworlds, all product prices displayed on our website have been inclusive of any requisite taxes. Every price you see is the exact amount you’ll be charged. There will be additional tax fees at checkout.
Missing products
If for any reason an item is missing, please email us at contact@happierworlds.com to check if all the products were in one package or whether more packages with the missing items are still on their way to you.
If any products from your order are confirmed as missed, we’ll just replace them without charging you anything.
Once the replacement products are sent, a new tracking number will be sent to you.
